The “Al Ahli Kids” Savings Account is a deposit product designed for minors (under 18 years old), created to promote a culture of saving and teach the importance of investing from an early age.
This account helps the children to develop financial awareness and prepares them for sound decision-making to face future challenges.

Terms & Conditions of the Prize Campaign
1. Eligibility:
o Open to all individual customers with savings accounts in IQD only.
o The account must remain active (not dormant) during the draw period.
o Closed accounts are excluded from participation unless closure occurs after the draw and winner selection.
o Accounts of deceased customers are excluded unless death occurred after the draw and winner selection.
o Bank employees are eligible for this account.
o If a selected winner is later found ineligible, the Bank reserves the right to select an alternate winner using the same approved draw mechanism.
2. Entry Mechanism:
o Customers are automatically entered into the draw once the eligibility criteria are met.
o Opening a new account is not required if the existing account already meets the qualification criteria.
3. Prize Rules:
o A customer cannot win the same prize type more than once per year.
o Customers may win different prize types within the same year.
o If a winner’s name is drawn more than once for the same prize, they will be excluded, and an alternate winner will be selected.
4. Draw Schedule:
o Weekly Draw: Once every week, based on the average daily balance during the 30 days before the draw.
o Monthly Draw: Based on the average daily balance during the 30 days before the draw.
o Mid-Year Draw: Based on the average daily balance during the 30 days before the draw.
o Year-End Draw: Held on the first business day of the new year, based on the average daily balance during the 30 days before the draw.
5. Winner Announcement:
o Winners will be contacted via phone or email registered with the Bank.
o The Bank reserves the right to publish winners’ names on its website and official social media platforms.
6. Prize Collection:
o If the Bank cannot reach a winner within 14 days of the draw, an alternate winner may be selected.
o Winners must visit one of the Bank’s branches within 30 days of notification to collect their prize.
o Failure to collect within the timeframe will result in forfeiture, and the Bank may either select an alternate winner or cancel the prize.
7. Prize Policy:
o Prizes are not transferable to cash or exchanged for another prize.
o The Bank reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal value if the announced prize is unavailable.
8. Bank Responsibility:
o The Bank assumes no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the prizes.
o The Bank reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
o The Bank reserves the right to cancel a prize or disqualify a winner in cases of fraud, manipulation, or misuse of the savings account.
9. Acceptance of Terms:
o By participating in the draw, customers are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
10. Dispute Resolution:
o Any disputes will be referred to the Bank’s management, and their decision will be final and binding.
11. Additional Provisions:
o Customers must update their account information to receive prizes.
o Minor account policies and procedures apply, especially once the customer reaches legal age.
o Customers who reach the legal age are no longer eligible to participate in the draws or win prizes.
