Zain Cash Wallet

Withdrawing your salary is easier with the National Bank of Iraq in cooperation with Zain Cash!

You can now link your NBI account to the Zain Cash wallet and transfer funds easily, giving you the ability to withdraw funds and salaries from more than 4,000 approved withdrawal points, in addition to Zain Cash services such as easily transferring funds, recharging your balance, paying bills, buying electronic cards, receiving discounts on balance recharging and more!

How to link your account:

1. Open the Zain Cash app.
2. Choose “Link Bank Account” from the side menu.
3. A “Choose the National Bank of Iraq” option will appear.
4. Enter the client number (7 numbers) that can be found on the account ID card. These are the first 7 digits from the account number and can also be found in any SMS received from the bank after a cash-in or cash-out.
5. You will receive a one-time password (OTP). Please enter it.
6. Make sure all your information is correct.
7. Confirm.

To top up the wallet:

1. Open the Zain Cash app.
2. Click on “Top-Up Your Wallet.”
3. Choose your NBI account as the top-up method.
4. Enter the amount you want to top up and your PIN.
5. You will receive an OTP from NBI. Please enter it.
6. Your top-up is complete!
